Micky Schelstraete wint Den Brabander Junioren team competitie

Bij de junioren is van start gegaan de Nederlandse jeugdamazone Micky Schelstraete. Jaar na jaar heeft zij zich in de kijker gereden. Vandaag behaalde Schelstraete de overwinning in de junioren team competitie met haar paard Grand-Charmeur. Schelstraete werd door de Belgische jury Jacques Van Daele en Nederlandse Jaenette Wolfs op de eerste plaats gezet.

Hoewel de halve pirouette even wat minder was blonk de combinatie uit met professioneel galopwerk en een algemeen heel stabiele proef. Het optreden werd beloond met een totaal score van 71,616% wat een nipte voorsprong gaf op de Duitse Lucie-Anouk Baumguertel met Zinq Sweetheart FH.

Baumguertel imponeerde Jo Graham met uit de verzamelde stap een halve pirouette links bijna perfect uit te voeren. De combinatie kreeg een totaal score van 71,212% en werd opgevolgd door lokale amazone Katelijne Maes met Ibou van de Kapelhoef.

Micky Schelstraete wins Den Brabander Juniors team competition

The Dutch Micky Schelstraete started with the juniors today. Year after year she has been in the spotlights. Today Schelstraete took victory in the juniors competition with her horse Grand-Charmeur. The Belgium jury Jacques Van Daele and the Dutchse Jaenette Wolfs put Schelstraete in first place.

Although the half pirouette was a little bit less, the combination excelled in the canter and overall a very steady test. The performance was rewarded with a total score of 71,616% which gave a close lead to the German Lucie-Anouk Baumguertel with Zinq Sweetheart FH.

Baumguertel impressed Jo Graham with an almost perfect the collected walk and half pirouette left. The combination received a total score of 71,212%.
